Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid AI Receipt plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies to first purchases and to each renewal charge.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or email us at hello@aireceipt.eu and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing area of your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as above if you are within the 30-day window.

Every purchase through Paddle is a subscription to the AI Receipt web application and the usage capacity of the plan you chose. Access is activated on your account immediately after checkout. No consulting, accounting, tax, legal or financial advisory services are sold, and nothing is delivered manually by a person.
